Statement from the Heads of Mission of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States
“The Embassies of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States call on the Government and Assembly of Kosovo to oppose any attempts to undermine or discredit the mission of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) and the Specialist Chambers Prosecution Office (SPO), and to ensure that they can carry out their mission in line with the Constitution. In this context, we commend both the Speaker of the Assembly for forwarding the constitutional amendment proposal of the President to the Constitutional Court of the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, and the Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo for respecting the authority of the SPO to investigate the potential illegal disclosure of confidential documents and information, while offering to assist if requested.”

„Ambasada e Francës, Gjermanisë, Italisë, Mbretërisë së Bashkuar dhe e Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës i bëjnë thirrje Qeverisë dhe Kuvendit të Kosovës që të kundërshtojnë çdo përpjekje për të prishur ose zhvlerësuar misionin e Dhomave të Specializuara të Kosovës (DhSK) dhe të Zyrës së Prokurorisë së Dhomave të Specializuara (ZPDhS), si dhe që të sigurojnë që ato të kryejnë misionin e tyre në përputhje me Kushtetutën. Në këtë vazhdë, e përgëzojmë Kryetaren e Kuvendit të Kosovës që e ka përcjellë propozimin e Presidentit për ndryshim te Dhoma e Specializuar e Gjykatës Kushtetuese në Hagë, si dhe Zyrën e Prokurorit Special të Republikës së Kosovës për respektimin e autoritetit të ZPDhS-së për të hetuar zbulimin e mundshëm të paligjshëm të dokumenteve dhe informatave të besueshme, njëkohësisht duke ofruar ndihmën e saj sipas nevojës“.

„Ambasade Francuske, Nemačke, Italije, Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Sjedinjenih Država pozivaju Vladu i Skupštinu Kosova da se usprotive bilo kakvim pokušajima podrivanja ili diskreditovanja misije Specijalizovanih veća Kosova (SVK) i Specijalizovanog tužilaštva (STK) i da osiguraju da mogu da izvršavaju svoju misiju u skladu sa Ustavom.
